I requested an estimate from Sir Grout for our 11 year-old porcelain walk-in shower. We had a mildew issue because of a bad grout job. David provided several approach estimates and we decided to have the defective grout removed, shower steam cleaned, color grout applied to entire shower and sealing. We are so glad that we did! It looks brand new. The two guys who worked on this were prompt, professional and cleaned up behind themselves. Each step was explained, including care after the project was complete. Amazing before and after! We have Carrera Marble that had gotten terribly etched and water marked. They came in and made it look better than when it was new and couldn't even tell anyone had been in the house when we got home. 5+ stars!!

Great experience from the time I contacted them until they left after finishing the job. They were very straightforward and honest as to what I needed to do to achieve the results I was looking for. I didn't feel "talked down to" like I have by other "professionals" in the past which was really refreshing. By the time we talked about what to expect and the process involved and the timeline (which was very reasonable) I was hooked! Can't recommend enough. I will most definitely use them again for my next project.

Sir Grout fixed our shower and replaced the grout work that was installed improperly. The were very timely and efficient. Always nice to work with a contractor who communicates well and is there when they say they'll be! We're very happy with the outcome and it was very cost effective. Feels like its brand new!

We contracted with Sir Grout to scrub and grout the tile in a kitchen and sunroom area and 2 bathrooms in our home. The light-colored grout in the kitchen and sunroom area had darkened in the 4 years since we built our home due to cooking and traffic. The dark-colored grout in 1 of the bathrooms had faded from steam, hairspray, and water. Since the Sir Grout crew worked in our home, the tile looks like new!! They were able to complete approximately 450 sq. ft. of work in one day. Plus they completely replaced 2 tiles that had been chipped. Those areas look like new, too. We will definitely use these guys again, if needed.
